STARWOOD CARES LAUNCH

Le Royal Meridien Mumbai witnessed the extravagant Launch of Starwood Cares on 27 May 2007 with pomp and splendour. The entire Le Royal Meridien, Mumbai family enthusiastically participated in creating an ambiance that is supportive, motivating, comfortable, joyful, productive and result oriented; contributing to a common feeling of satisfaction about putting our hearts in our jobs.

And what did we do? The Tour De Force of the Event -The HR Team set the stage and the General Manager – Ms. Ruth Varsulkar pledged solidarity to One Idea, One Commitment.

The Associates created Surprise & Delight through a Bharatanatyam and Flambéing performance. The special Starwood Cares Logo Cake was a treat to the occasion. The Inter-Departmental StarQuiz Championship was followed by Employee & Team Recognition felicitation. And then the Associates grooved to the beats of the DJ.

As part of the quarterly visits Le Royal Meridien Mumbai visited a home for Children – ‘Sneha Sadan’ (a place where homeless children are cared for, provided Education and given a future)

The Team from the hotel visited this home of seventeen children on 19th May 2007. Le Royal Meridien remembers that nothing brings more happiness than giving! So, we have decided to spend some time with the children at Sneha Sadan.

With games, song, dance, cuddly fishes, tummy filling sandwiches, juices and many hugs - The evening with the kids was surely a fun filled experience.

A naughty glint in their eyes, a happy smile on their faces and fun on their minds… the children at Snehasadan surely had loads of fun while the team at Le Royal Meridien took back loads of beautiful memories.
